AcQuaint CRM Software is a function rich Customer Relationship Management application, which helps organisations to proactively manage their customers, and bring together all the information held about the customer across the organisation, including customer purchases, customer queries, opportunities etc.

It is ideal for Business to Business or Business to Customer relationship management. The software can be integrated with your sales and accounting system. It is already integrated with Microsoft Outlook and Word.

The software is intuitive, and it requires minimal user training. It has multiple access level security to protect your customer records. It has a number of key modules.


Customer Accounts module for detailed customer records, including multiple addresses, customer categorisation, assigning account manager to customers, add activity notes. The system gives you an overview of account transactions, including customer purchases, customer service calls etc.


Service Management, which is used for recording, allocation, tracking of customer service queries. Each record is assigned a system generated unique reference number. The record is automatically linked to named owners to resolve.

It uses workflows, with an integrated email facility to send notification to system users. Activity notes and attachments can be added to tickets. Progress and resolution cycle can be monitored.


Opportunity Management module helps to track potential sales opportunities, through the different stages until a sale is agreed and fulfilled. It shows the value of your pipeline, which is useful for budgeting and planning purposes. Opportunity details, including % win chances and calculated weighted opportunity value can be viewed at each stage. Use activity notes to record relevant information.


Contact Management module for managing the details of key contacts associated within a customer organisation. You can create multiple contacts for an account; collect personal details such as hobbies and interests, family relations etc.
